Welcome to the Help Desk Self-Service Portal
This portal is for JCC Faculty, Staff, and Students to access the JCC Help Desk service request ticketing system to report and monitor technology issues.
- Faculty and Staff must log in using their administrative login credentials. Select "jccadmin.sunyjcc.edu" in the drop-down box under the password box to login.
- Students must create their own Help Desk portal account. Select "ServicePro" in the drop-down box under the password box to login.
Hours of operation:
- Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
- Friday: 8:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
